1. Scope
1.1. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your booking and stay at any property operated by Amsterdam Hostels Network (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1.2. By using our website (https://colorsbynadia.com) (“Website”) and making a reservation, you (“Guest”) agree to these Terms.
2. Booking & Payment
2.1. To make a reservation you must provide: full name, e-mail address, check-in and check-out dates, and payment details.
2.2. Payment is taken either at the time of booking (pre-payment) or upon arrival, depending on the rate selected.
2.3. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and major e-wallets; all transactions are processed via a PCI-compliant provider.
3. Cancellation & Modification
3.1. Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time.
3.2. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in incur a charge equal to 100 % of the first night’s rate.
3.3. Date modifications may be requested up to 24 hours before arrival, subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
4. Check-in & Check-out
4.1. Check-in begins at 14:00 local time.
4.2. Check-out is by 11:00.
4.3. Late check-out may be granted upon request for an extra fee, subject to availability.
5. House Rules
5.1. No smoking inside any property. Designated smoking areas are provided outside.
5.2. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00 local time.
5.3. Illegal substances and weapons are strictly prohibited.
5.4. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings; we are not liable for loss or theft.
6. Occupancy
6.1. The number of guests must not exceed the number specified in the booking.
6.2. Unregistered guests are not permitted overnight and may result in immediate eviction without refund.
7. Liability Disclaimer
7.1. We are not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
- Loss or damage to personal property;
- Inconveniences due to technical issues, force majeure, or third-party actions.
7.2. All common areas are provided “as is” without warranties.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. All content on the Website (text, images, logos, code) is our property or that of our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
9. Third-Party Links
9.1. Our Website may contain links to external sites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
10. Amendments
10.1. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
10.2. Changes take effect upon posting on the Website with a revised “Effective Date.”
10.3. Continued use of the Website after changes signifies acceptance.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
11.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
11.2. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
